Awesome stay. Good communication. It will be wonderful to have fans in the rooms as it was so hot and I couldn’t sleep so had to stay in the living room with the air conditioner on . Besides that, loved my stay. Clean and peaceful. Thank you .

We really liked the location, where you get a feel of a more local Santa Maria out of the more touristic area but obviously a walkable distance everywhere as Santa Maria is quite small. The apartment was very clean and Duda, the manager, always assisted with everything we needed, even after checking out.

rez-de-chaussée, peu lumineux. Appartement conforme à la description. L'immeuble n'est pas relié au réseau électrique. il y a un groupe électrogène devant l'immeuble qui résonne dans tout l'appartement (c'est assez penible). heureusement. nous ne sommes restés que 3 nuits.

New building and good looking, clean apartment. Not the greatest location in the city, sometimes noisy in the night, but for us it was not a big problem. 5 min walk to Angulo beach, ca 15 min walk into city center or Santa Maria beach. Host is extremely kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this.

Santa Maria is a tourist Island mainly for European tourists. However, you’ll find small pockets of the real Carbo Verdo feel, such as where this Airbnb is located. Cape Verdans are welcoming, respectable, relaxed and hardworking. This Airbnb is located in an area predominantly populated by locals. Lots of redevelopment is happening in the area, but it is only about 10/15 minute walk from the main strip. It’s safe around here, and right opposite is a local-run supermarket, cheaper than most. The airbnb is clean, we stayed on the ground floor. Everything is pretty new. There are no windows in the flat. The master bedroom has a balcony door that gives you access to the front porch. The cleaner (I didn’t get her name), Angeles, and the Dudo were all pleasantly responsive and attentive. Honestly, no complaints.
