With only a 50-meter walk to both the main street and the beach, our accommodation is the perfect place to stay. The spacious south-facing terrace with direct sea views is a wonderful place for your afternoon or sunset. The roof terrace features a hammock for those who like to take a nap in peace. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large bar where you can have a drink or eat. The bathrooms are brand new, and all rooms are equipped with Air conditioning.

Great location, close to both the beach and the centre of Santa Maria. Nice bakery near by too and numerous supermarkets. The accommodation is spacious with a well equipped kitchen that has everything we needed during our stay. The two bathrooms are clean and practice with plenty of hot water. The addition of a washing machine a nice bonus! I would say that the outside space, although a good size, with a great view, could do with a little love. There are no reclining chairs to relax and the table/chairs are a little tired.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in der tollen Wohnung von Diederica. Die Lage ist perfekt...man ist sofort am Strand und in der Mainstreet mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Cafés. Außerdem gibt es in der unmittelbaren Umgebung 2-3 kleine Supermärkte mit allem, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Aber zurück zur Wohnung: Die Dachterrasse der Wohnung ist super groß und hat einen atemberaubenden Blick über den Atlantik. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Leben findet hier am Strand statt, was unsere beiden Kinder geliebt haben...sie waren kaum aus dem Wasser zu bekommen. Vor Ort betreut hat uns Carolina. Sie war mega hilfreich und hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben. Außerdem war sie super responsive. Vielen Dank, liebe Carolina :-) Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen sicher noch mal wieder.

Wir waren als Familie dort mit zwei kleinen Kindern. Das Apartment war optimal für uns. Es war groß und geräumig und hatte einen tollen Balkon mit einem traumhaften Blick aufs Meer, auf dem wir entspannt essen, spielen und teilweise sogar arbeiten konnten, da er so gebaut ist, dass der Wind nicht stört. Das Apartment ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß von einem etwas steinigeren Strand entfernt und 5-10 Minuten zu einem sehr schönen Sandstrand. Viele Shops und Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Und direkt am Haus befand sich unser Lieblings- Café mit einem tollen Angebot zum Frühstück und Mittagessen in einer tollen Atmosphäre. Der Kontakt vor Ort mit Carolina war ebenfalls perfekt. Falls wir ein Anliegen oder Fragen hatten, hat sie immer sofort auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

The apartment was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos, with a stunning sea view from the terrace. Carolina is a wonderful host, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and extremely friendly. The next time I come back to Santa Maria, this is definitely the only apartment I will choose again.
