Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le quartier est sympa bien qu’un peu bruyant. Si vous cherchez du calme absolu ce n’est pas le bon endroit, en revanche c’est parfait pour être à proximité de tout : plage, commerces, restos, rue animée. L’appartement est confortable et conforme à la description.

Tout s’est très bien passé, l’hôte a été très arrangeant et nous a très bien accueilli. Le logement est vraiment idéal surtout en terme d’emplacement. Je recommande vivement!!☺️

Walter is the best host in Santa Maria. He was always available for our stupid tourist questions, organized a late check in and nice trips on the island. Also Ani, who did the checkIn & -out was very lovely. The apartment was great! Cozy, clean and good located with a beautiful view on palms and the sea. The apartment offers also a nice terrace and in late afternoons you can listen to the live music from the restaurant next door - very cool for dinner at home ;) We can absolutely recommend this accommodation and Walter as a host!

Mooie locatie dichtbij het centrum en strand. Netjes, fijne balkon. Mooie uitzicht vanuit het raam. Fles water was heel fijn bij aankomst. Host reageerde snel en vriendelijk. De bezem en tv deden het niet. Het werd direct volgende dag opgelost! Heel fijn. We hebben genoten! Minpuntjes: - laatste drie dagen hadden we geen internet - lakens van synthetische stof - airco in een slaapkamer deed het niet

We hebben het heel leuk gehad. Het terras geeft een mooi uitzicht over de stad en het is heel dichtbij de zee en het strand. Leuke restaurantjes in de omgeving. De communicatie met de eigenaren was heel fijn.
