SEPTEMBER SALE WEEKS! Completely new apartment located on the ground floor in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of downtown. The apartment is centrally located 5 minutes walk from the sea with white beaches and the center. The cafes with live music, nice restaurants and the pier offer daily entertainment. With nice weather all year round, sun and sea with good waves, it is a suitable place for water sports enthusiasts, such as kite and water surfers. The space The apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed and in the living room a sofa bed for up to 2 people. Also there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with dining table. Air conditioning, hot water, WiFi and TV are provided. The outdoor space consists of a spacious enclosed patio for your own use, which is also great to use to store the surfboards. Guest access The entire apartment is accessible and for the use of the guests. Other things to note There are general house rules that apply to all our guests, which can be found in the apartment. For your convenience, I will make sure that a taxi is waiting for you, at the normal rate, to take you directly to the apartment. You must settle the costs yourself with the driver. If you arrive in the evening or night, our taxi driver will also check you in to the apartment, for which an additional €5.00 will be charged.

Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé avec tout à proximité pour nous une padaria a 5 mins une supérette ‘Distri’ a 2 mins et la plage et les restaurants a moins de 10mins bref on peut tout faire à pied. En plus le logement au rez de chaussé avec une grande terrasse privée . La climatisation les jours chaud était nickel .Tereza toujours joignable pour nous renseigner et agir si besoin.Nous nous sommes sentis bien et en sécurité . L’ambiance coupe du monde avec l’exploit du Cap vert c’était super. En plus les agences pour les visites viennent vous chercher à Santa Maria pour les visites de l’île de Sal . Le taxi organisé par Tereza pour l’arrivée et le départ est bien pratique nous sommes arrivés vers minuit donc c’était très flexible.

From the start Tereza was very friendly and communicated well, offering taxis from the airport. Her apartment was clean and tidy and exactly as described. I travelled alone and felt safe at all times. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and an amazing bakery just around the corner. I would definitely book Teresa’s place again when I return to Cape Verde

Tereza war sehr zuvorkommend, sie hat uns auch das Taxi vom und zum Flughafen organisiert, und alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Nur die Matratze war zu hart, ansonstend gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Le logement est très propre et très bien situé à côté des plages et des commerces. Merci à Tereza pour son hospitalité et sa réactivité, elle nous a bien dépanné. Merci également à Saozinha la femme de ménage qui fait le checking et qui parle le français, elle est très serviable et a de l’humour. Je recommande.

Schnelle Kommunikation und Hilfe von Tereza für die kleinen Dinge, wie Taxitransfer von und zum Flughafen, Tips zum Kauf von regionalen Telefonkarten und örtlichen Restaurants zum Frühstücken oder Abendessen. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder nach Santa Maria ins Casa No1 von Tereza, Gruß Norbert
