OCTOBER SALE MONTH! Keep it simple at this quiet centrally-located new home. It's in the peaceful neighborhood of Lombo Branco. Well located 5 minutes walk from the white beaches, the pier and the cozy city center, with various shops, restaurants and nice nightlife. With good weather almost all year round, sun and sea, this is a great place for everyone, especially for water sports enthusiasts, such as kite and water surfers. The space The apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed and in the living room a sofa bed for up to 2 people. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with dining table. Air conditioning, hot water, WiFi and TV are provided. Unique is the enclosed, half-covered patio with private access for, for example, a car or for storing swimming or surfing gear. Of course, you can also relax here if you don't want to go outside. Guest access The entire apartment is accessible and for the use of the guests. Other things to note There are house rules in our home, these apply to all our guests and can be found in the apartment. For your convenience, I will make sure that a taxi is waiting for you at the airport upon arrival, at the normal rate, to take you directly to the apartment. You must settle the costs yourself with the driver. If you arrive in the evening or night, our taxi driver will also check you in to the apartment, for which an additional €5.00 will be charged.

El alojamiento esta muy bien situado, justo al lado de la calle peatonal que es la arteria principal de Santa Maria, con todo los bares y restaurantes. Tambien esta muy cerca de la playa. Tereza esta siempre disponible para atender cuanquier consulta o necesidad que tengas. Tuvimos problemas con el wifi al llegar, pero al dia siguiente lo resolvió sin mas problemas. Nos envió un taxi para recogernos en el aeropuerto, que nos llevo directamente al apartamento y nos entrego las llaves, ya que nuestro vuelo llego muy tarde en la noche. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para la estadia. Tiene aire acondicionado en el salon ventilador en el dormitorio. Ademas proporciona amenities para el baño y el desayuno ( cafe,te) y agua embotellada. Gracias Tereza, nos ha encantado nuestra estancia.

We had a great time in Casa Brothers. Close to downtown and beach, everything was within walkable distance. The place was very clean and had everything it needed. And Tereza and Inez were both very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Would gladly recommend this place. Thank you!

Tereza was a very responsive host. The apartment is in a fantastic location right near the centre. The apartment was lovely and clean. Lots of restaurants nearby and the beach is a short walk.

le logement est bien situé et parfaitement propre. tout est accessible à pied, plage, restaurant, commerce. Tereza est très réactive et a organisé notre taxi depuis l'aéroport et notre entrée tardive dans l'appartement. merci encore !

Tereza's apartment was brilliant, great stay and really responsive host. The taxi arrangements were ideal and made sure we got from the airport straight to the apartment with no issues. Great location with the local a couple of minutes away and lots of local shops and restaurants.

Really friendly and helpful host, organised taxis for us to and from the airport. The apartment was tidy and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and Main Street with bars and restaurants. Apartment was private and quiet

1 min walk to the beach and the main street in Santa Maria, super market just over the corner, new building, fully equipped, very clean. Tereza is very responsive and very helpful, a host that pays attention to every detail. Was not our first time in Santa Maria but next time will definitely come back to Tereza. Thank you one more time for everything.
