El apartamento estaba muy bonito, limpio y suficiente espacio para dos personas. A pocos pasos del mar. Hasta el centro necesitas 8 min caminando. En la cercanía tienes restaurantes y muchos mercados que pertenecen a los chinos. Lo único que hay que puntualizar es que en el apartamento había problema con el abastecimiento de agua. Abres las llave y se demoraba mucho en llegar el agua y eso hizo perder demasiado tiempo de nuestras vacaciones. Se lo comunicamos a la dueña, ella envió a alguien pero nunca se solucionó el problema. Pero por lo demás pasamos una vez más unas bonitas vacaciones en Cabo Verde.

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage nahe dem Ortszentrum und es ist nur eine Straße bis zum Meer. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet es ist viel Platz und alles vorhanden. Wir hatten jedoch ein Problem mit der Wasserversorgung. Das Wasser ging nach dem öffnen des Wasserhahns weg und kam erst einige Minuten später wieder. Manchmal musste man eine Weile warten bis man duschen o.ä. konnte warten. Wir haben bei Nachbarn nachgefragt ob sie auch Wasserprobleme haben, aber es war nur in unserer Wohnung. (Es ist also kein strukturelles Wassermangel Problem sonder eindeutig ein Defekt in der Wohnung) Es sollte jemand das Problem beheben, aber alles blieb so wie es war und es hat sich keiner mehr bei uns gemeldet und nachgefragt ob jetzt alles ok ist. Wir waren 2 Wochen da und haben nochmal eine Woche verlängert. Für die dritte Woche haben wir einen Preisnachlass ausgehandelt. Wir haben uns trotzde

Great location, it’s a couple of minute walk from the main strip so it’s not noisy (except dogs barking but they’re well looked after strays, but not the hosts fault). The beaches and weather is a couple of minutes away or better beaches are around ten minutes walk. The apartment itself is exactly as described, the floor can get very dusty quick so it’s hard to keep your feet clean inside but everything else was perfect, everything you need for a great stay. A big draw is the balcony, south facing so sunny all day with no wind, so very hot. Nadine was a very responsive host and helped make the stay perfect. Getting a taxi through this booking is worth it too as they know where to go, taxi driver was lovely and even carried our heavy suitcase up 51 steps! Overall great value for money and I would stay again without hesitation. Thank you!

Overall a good place to stay for the money. The place was clean, nicely kept, with good decor and a decent sized TV. The TV did not have Netflix logged in so you’d need to use your own login. The balcony area was large, had sun loungers, a table, a parasail and a sea view. The aircon was really good, cold and was in both rooms. We did experience an issue when checking in as the map location was incorrect however once we contacted the host she did send someone out to find and collect us. Partly my fault as they do recommend pre-booking the taxi to take you there!

Bell’appartamento come foto Comodo spazioso e pulito. Un po decentrato ma per noi era perfetto. 10 minuti a piedi si è in una delle più belle spiagge dell’isola. Tutto perfetto.

Stylish and neat, well decorated and equipped with everything we needed to make our holidays to be memorable and fun. The terrace with sun-beds is a nice treat. Loved spending our time there while catching the sun and reading books. Common area is nice and clean too. Location is amazing, 7 minutes only to the Main Street. Quiet neighborhood! We enjoyed a week in Santa Maria staying at Anne’s place. Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Quiet location but we’ll placed for the beach, Main Street and the very fabulous Art Kafe. We will definitely book again if we return to Sal.

Goede ligging, zongericht, zonnig groot terras, ruim appartement. Best vermelden dat er geen lift is en er 51 treden moeten gedaan worden om het appartement te bereiken.
