Welcome to Casa Lena! A cozy penthouse, centrally located to enjoy the soul of Santa Maria. You are only a 3min walk away from the beautiful central beach! The apartment is also equipped with high speed internet for remote workers :) In the mornings on the port, you can buy fresh fish from the local fishermen and enjoy the beach bars during the day. In the street there is a delicious bakery, cafes, bars, supermarkets, and taxis if you wish to visit the island or go kiting at kitebeach! The space The penthouse apartment has great natural ventilation and natural light thanks to the two balconies situated on each side of the living area. You can make use of anything as a guest, please feel at home. Thanks to the two balconies, enjoy the sun at whatever period of the day, observe the sea view or life on the main street. There is a beautiful view of the sea to enjoy while you eat or sip your coffee at the table. The bedroom also gives access to the sea facing balcony. The apartment is also equipped with a sofa bed to sleep 1 additional person. At arrival we provide a QR code guidebook with personal recommendations and all necessary information to know for your stay! + 24/7 contact number to attend your needs or questions Guest access Upon your arrival our trusted taxi driver will pick you up at the airport and drive you directly to the penthouse to give you the keys. If you are renting a car, there is usually parking space in front of the apartment or in the street. There is easy access to the nightlife bars, which are 2 streets away. L’appartement est bien situé, agréable au premier abord et dispose de deux terrasses appréciables. La propriétaire est également réactive et flexible. Cependant, plusieurs problèmes ont fortement dégradé notre séjour. L’appartement est extrêmement chaud et très mal isolé, ce qui rend les nuits difficiles. La douche était bouchée dès notre arrivée et le problème n’a pas été réglé durant le séjour. La porte de douche est également cassée. Les fenêtres ferment mal et le canapé est très inconfortable, avec quasiment pas de lattes en bois, ce qui le rend difficilement utilisable. La vue sur mer annoncée dans l’annonce n’est pas présente. Certains équipements ou produits indiqués dans l’annonce étaient également absents. L’étendoir était rouillé et a malheureusement taché nos vêtements. Enfin, l’agence en charge du logement répondait très peu à nos messages malgré nos différentes demandes. C’e

Central location with access to everything. 3 min walk to the beach. Check in is completely independent and flexible. Great water pressure. Fast internet. 3 balconies. Second floor so there are a few sets of stairs. Had air conditioning but we never used it as the draft between the balconies on opposite sides of the apartment was plenty even in the summer heat. Communication with the cleaner was not great but we never really needed her for very much as the bare minimum was provided. Shower door had a temporary shower curtain fix instead which lead to some small floods every time a shower was taken, not much of a problem as it dried up quick. 1 bed and 1 sofa bed provided adequate comfort for sleep. All in all I would definitely book with Lena again.

The apartment is at a prime location, a minutes walk away from the pier and 2-3 to the beach, which really stood out to me. The apartment itself was clean and matched the photos and the check in and out process was flexible and stress-free. The main issue occurs with the misleading nature of the title and photo, I believe if an apartment is advertised as a sea view apartment it should have a sea view, not only is it not a sea view, the view in of itself is not that pleasant.

Très bon emplacement au calme et à proximité de toutes les commodités et des rues animées de Santa Maria. (restaurants, bar, plage) Le logement est propre et dispose de l essentiel. Il est joliment décoré et la literie est confortable. Léna et Zuleica ont été très réactives et arrangeantes. Je recommande.

O ponto mais forte é a localização, é perto da praia, dos restaurantes, da rua principal. nao foi necessario ligar, qualquer ventoinha, a casa tinha uma temperatura agradável! Em termos de comodidades, haviam alguns itens que estavam na lista, mas nao havia na casa. Em conclusão foi uma estadia muito boa, voltava novamente

We arrived late at night, so for check-in the taxi driver gave us the keys. He was a good guy! The apartment has a rustic vibe, goes well with the surroundings and the island. We really liked the balcony on both sides of the apartment. Made the space feel a lot more open. It is super close to food places, as well as the beach was like 4 mins away. We did not have any noise problems and could sleep well.
