New, big, modern building, full one bedroom (plus big sofa bed) apt 5min from the beach and from the best eatery places including No Stress Restaurant out of front door and the best (only) real supermarket CAZU just outside the front door. 2 min walk from the center of Santa Maria. This might just be the most central place in Sal to stay. Give it a try .. Please note that Sal Island is served by a single company responsible for the distribution of water and electricity. Occasionally, power outages, water supply interruptions, or maintenance work on the public network may occur. In such situations, the building operates using its water reserve tanks. While these tanks ensure a continuous water supply, water pressure may be temporarily lower than usual until normal service is restored. Santa Maria is a city in constant development, and therefore there are construction works taking place in various areas. During your stay, you may occasionally notice some noise resulting from these works, for which we sincerely apologize. We do everything within our power to ensure that your stay is comfortable, peaceful, and welcoming. Nuestra estancia fue genial. El apartamento es muy acogedor y desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa. La ubicación es estupenda, muy cerca de la playa y de la avenida peatonal, lo que nos resultó súper cómodo y útil. El apartamento estaba todo muy limpio y bien cuidado, y tanto las camas como el sofá eran muy cómodos. Mohamed fue un anfitrión súper amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos y a hacer que nuestra estancia fuera lo más cómoda posible. Los técnicos y, en general, todos los trabajadores fueron también muy agradables y estuvieron siempre pendientes de nuestro confort y disfrute. Además, agradecimos mucho los servicios de transporte, ya que tenerlos previamente organizados nos ayudó a quitarnos bastante estrés durante el viaje. Sin duda, volveríamos a quedarnos aquí en nuestro próximo viaje a la isla de Sal. ¡Muchas gracias por todo! 🤍

Goed voor een kortdurend verblijf. Wij verbleven 3 weken in Santa Maria, en dat vonden wij te lang. Wij vielen in herhaling met steeds dezelfde uitjes. Uiteindelijk hebben we toch een leuk verblijf gehad. De kaapverdianen zijn harstikke vriendelijk en passen de Morabeza heel goed toe. Wij willen island hoppen adviseren. Hebben dat in het verleden gedaan. Drie of vier kaapverdische eilanden bezoeken.

The stay went well and frictionless. The apartment is well located a couple minutes off the main tourist street. They responded promptly and treated us well. Hope to be back soon. I Certainly trust that you will have a good stay over and they will respond to anything quickly.

Zoals altijd weer een top verblijf gehad in een van Nelson zijn appartementen! Dat ik hier steeds terugkeer als ik Sal bezoek, zegt denk ik genoeg over hoe tevreden ik ben over het verblijf. Aardig en behulpzaam personeel, een fijne ligging van het appartement en het appartement zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien.

C’est la deuxième fois que je loge au coconut house et j’en suis ravis. Logement toujours parfait, hôte réactif et très gentille. Accueil parfait. Appartement spacieux et très bien situé ( tout est accessible à pieds ; plage de Santa Maria, le centre ainsi que les restaurants / bars / épiceries sont à 10min ) . C’est une évidence que je reviendrais me loger ici pour mon prochain séjour au cap vert 🙂
