New, big, full two bedroom apartment in modern building, 2min from the beach and from the best eatery places including No Stress Restaurant out of front door and the best (only) real supermarket CAZU just outside the front door. 2 min walk from the center of Santa Maria. This might just be the most central place in Sal to stay. Occasionally, power outages, water supply interruptions, or maintenance work on the public network may occur. In such situations, the building operates using its water reserve tanks. While these tanks ensure a continuous water supply, water pressure may be temporarily lower than usual until normal service is restored. Santa Maria is a city in constant development, and therefore there are construction works taking place in various areas. During your stay, you may occasionally notice some noise resulting from these works, for which we sincerely apologize. We do everything within our power to ensure that your stay is comfortable, peaceful, and welcoming. Our space is carefully prepared and equipped with all the necessary amenities to make you feel at home. Anfitrión atento y disponible a ayudar. Nos ofrecieron el traslado al aeropuerto y funciono muy bien y en hora, el conductor de taxi Carlos fué muy amable. El apartamento está en una zona tranquila y cercana de la calle principal. Recomendaría este alojamiento.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. L'hôte a toujours était très reactive et aidé à faciliter notre séjour (mise à disposition de navette, mise en lien avec un guide pour visiter l'île...). Logement conforme aux photos et près de la plage et restaurants. L'hôte a mis des recommandations claires et très utiles. Je recommande.

Second time I have stayed here, first time I stayed for a month and I just just been for another 2 weeks. Very helpful and friendly team, the flat has a great location, is spacious and clean. Perfect spot for a short or longer stay in Sal, will definitely come back! My family and close friends have also stayed with Nelson’s flats and they loved it. Will be back next year. ☺️

Highly recommendable! The apartment is beautiful and has everything you might need during your vacation. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Everything was perfectly clean when we arrived and we were greeted personally, even though we arrived late at night. The apartment is well located, just a few minutes walking distance from the beach, restaurants, shops etc. There is a good supermarket right opposite the apartment and others close by, also a market with fresh fruits and vegetables. The owners of the apartment were very kind, professional, and always fast to respond. They even organized us transportation from and to the airport at a fair price (exactly what you would pay for a local taxi). Everything was just perfect :-)

Everything was perfect, Mileini and all the staff were so kind and professional and above all responsive and attentive if you need anything from the moment u arrive until ur departure at the airport... Exactly the kind of person who leaves a great impression of the whole destination not just limited on the place u stay at.
