Прекрасная квартира, чистая, уютная, со всем необходимым. Отзывчивый хозяин оперативно помогал решить любые возникшие во время нашего долгого пребывания вопросы. Кроме того, Даниель поделился с нами исчерпывающей информацией по Санта Марии и острову, что сделало наше прибывание еще более комфортным. Огромная благодарность от нашей семьи Даниэлю и Педро! Мы с удовольствием вернемся)

Soggiorno fantastico grazie a Daniel! L’appartamento è in zona centralissima, a due passi dal mare e dalla via principale. Daniel ci ha consigliato tutti i vari posti tipici dove poter mangiare delle ottime pietanze, inoltre, del tutto inaspettato, ci ha posticipato il check-out alle 13 in quanto avevamo l’aereo alle 17 per non farci stare al caldo troppe ore, che dire? Fantastico!

O apartamento está muito bem situado, tanto para quem quer desfrutar da praia, como para quem pretenda aproveitar a vida noturna da rua pedonal. O espaço possui todo o equipamento necessário para uma estadia de lazer/trabalho e oferece boa internet. O Daniel foi um anfitrião muito atento e simpático, durante a nossa hospedagem.

Stayed here for a week. Very good communication from Daniel from the outset. He sorted transfer from airport to apartment and also apartment back to airport on return. Apartment in good location to the main town of Santa Maria. Literally a one minute walk to the beach across the road which was a pleasant beach to go to. The apartment is big enough for two people. Balcony at apartment which is a nice addition. Top tip - eat at places off the Main Street which will be much cheaper and less tacky and touristy. Eat where the locals eat!

Vacanza No Stress! L 'alloggio di Daniel corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione, pulito, funzionale e in posizione ottima. Due minuti dal pontile di Santa Maria, purtroppo non agibile in quanto in manutenzione e a cinque minuti dalla spiaggia, sia libera che a pagamento. Ottimi locali vicini dove poter mangiare fronte mare coi piedi nella sabbia e due minuti a piedi dalla via pedonale piena di localini e negozi tipici. Daniel super disponibile, ci ha organizzato il trasporto da e per aeroporto e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per visitare l'isola e dove andare a mangiare sia cibo tipico che buon pesce. Grazie Daniel, se decidessimo di tornare a Sal sicuramente torniamo da te! Antonella, Luca e Damiano.

The place was clean, comfortable, and very well located with plenty of restaurants nearby, which made everything super convenient. The host was excellent, very responsive and easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond by sharing helpful recommendations and keeping us informed about events happening during our stay. He also kindly helped us book a taxi, which made our trip even smoother. Overall, a wonderful experience. We would happily return!

Séjour parfait ! Le logement est idéalement situé, à deux pas de la plage, des restaurants et de toutes les animations. Il est très propre, très bien équipé et rien ne manquait. La communication avec Daniel a été excellente du début à la fin : réactif, attentionné et très arrangeant. Je recommande vivement ce logement et n’hésiterai pas à revenir. Merci Daniel!
