Cozy studio apartment located on the 2nd floor of the private beach front residence Porto Antigo 2. The residence offers a commun pool with sunchairs and direct access to Santa Marias beach. You find restaurants, bars and supermarkets within walking distance. The space Cozy studio where you can relax,eat sleep and repeat. Located on the 2nd floor, the apartment offers a open sleeping and living area with double bed (1,60x1,90m), fully equipped kitchen (no oven but microwave), airconditioner, free wifi and a Google stick for the TV. From the balcony you can overlook the garden and enjoy the morning sun. On your arrival we will have shampoo and shower gel for you and we will provide bedlinen and towels (including pool and beach towels) Guest access The residence Porto Antigo 2 has a large entrance with 24/7 security. All guests will be registrated and have access to the garden and pool area. Pool is open from 8am to 8pm. Other things to note Staircase to the apartment is very slim so not ideal if you have surf equipment or big suitcases or mobility issues. Our Check-in time is after 3pm -if the apartment is available on your arrival you can check in earlier. Late night arrivals are no problem at all. I'm happy to organize a taxi from the airport for you (20€ day/night). For Check-outs we will ask you to leave the apartment latest by 12pm. If your departure time is during the evening /night book the following night to garantuee you can stay until your departure (if not you can leave your luggage with security at reception). Please communicate your departure time with me.

12gg bellissimi in compagnia di mia figlia, ci siamo rilassate e abbiamo goduto della tranquillità di Porto antiguo 2 uscivi dal residence ed eri già davanti l oceano. Comodo anche per andare a scoprire piccoli ristorantini che ci ha indicato Nina, ottima host❤️ , ci ha dato tutte le dritte per le escursioni e non ci ha mai fatto mancare un messaggio dove rispondeva alle ns. richieste. Ben apprezzato il fatto che abbiamo vissuto tra i locali senza nessun problema o invadenza staccandoci dagli enormi complessi turistici. Consiglio vivamente a chi vuole rilassarsi e godere di una vacanza no stress😊

Siamo stati benissimo, Nina è stupenda, ci ha accolto in maniera impeccabile,ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni di cui avevamo bisogno per viverci l'isola.Sempre disponibile per qualsiasi nostra richiesta, la casa è bella , pulita ed ha tutto il necessario, comoda e in un ottima posizione, insomma non potevamo aspettarci di meglio , grazie di tutto, speriamo in futuro di ritornare grazie Nina!

El apartamemto estaba muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para comenzar la estancia. Tiene una hermosa piscina, está muy bien situado frente a la playa, cerca de la calle principal y con una gran oferta de restaurantes próximos. Nina fue una gran anfitriona y siempre estuvo atenta, incluso nos esperó por la noche tras la llegada tardía del barco, proporcionandonos taxi para el desplazamiento desde el puerto.

Nina hat sich immer bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten! Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr schön, nur ein paar Schritte vom Meer entfernt, die benachbarte Bar mit Strandrestaurant war toll. Alles sehr zu empfehlen!
