We have 4 one-bedroom apartments and 3 two-bedroom apartments. 🏠 Franmay 1: This listing corresponds to our beautiful 55 m² apartment, located on the ground floor and consisting of: ✔ 1 bedroom with 2 single beds ✔ 1 living room with TV + sofa bed ✔ 1 fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs ✔ 1 bathroom with shower ✔ 1 private outdoor patio. ✅ Important to note: ✔ Maximum capacity: 3 guests. ✔ Air conditioning and ceiling fan. ✔ Wi-Fi (Starlink), the fastest you will find on the island. ✔ Bed linen and towels provided free of charge. ✔ Free parking nearby. ✔ Possibility of adding a folding bed. ✔ Solar panels in the building. ✔ Private entrance. 📍 Location: Located in the heart of Santa Maria’s market, on one of the most colourful streets in the town. Just a 3-minute walk from the centre of Santa Maria and the beach. Supermarkets, restaurants and other services are just a few metres from the building, so everything you need is within easy walking distance. Perfect for remote working and water sports enthusiasts. Other things to note ✔ Located on the ground floor. ✔ We are required to ask you to complete the traveller registration form. ✔ Check-in is self check-in using keys stored in a secure lockbox. ✔ Basic essentials are provided for the first few days (toilet paper, salt). ❄️ Air conditioning: Air conditioning is free from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This is due to the island’s high electricity costs and because we promote responsible use of air conditioning. Contact us if you need unlimited air conditioning. Cost: €7 / 770 CVE per day, mandatory for the entire stay and not available on individual days. 🐶 Pet policy For allergy-related reasons, pets and companion animals are not allowed, including emotional support animals. Thank you for your understanding. ⚠️ Please note: Cape Verde is a developing island, so occasional power, water or internet outages may occur. These are external factors beyond our control, so we cannot be held responsible for possible interruptions to these services. The island can sometimes experience general water and electricity outages. We have private water tanks to supply water when this happens, as well as solar panels in the building. This is a great advantage compared with many other accommodations, as not all properties have these water tanks or solar panels. Unfortunately, these alternatives are limited, so there is still a small possibility that you may be without water or electricity for a few hours. 📄 Violation of the house rules: In order to ensure good coexistence and a peaceful stay for all guests in the building, we are required to be strict about compliance with the house rules. Therefore, parties, gatherings or any disruptive noise in the apartment are strictly prohibited, especially during quiet hours. In case of non-compliance, the reservation will be immediately cancelled and the guest will be required to leave the accommodation, without entitlement to any refund. 👩‍👦‍👦 About the reservation price: The base price includes 2 guests. From the third guest onwards, an additional fee per person and per night applies. Please make your reservation with the correct number of guests to avoid any issues.
