You'll find all kinds of services nearby: a supermarket, bank, restaurants, and other amenities. Everything is within walking distance. This is due to the island's high electricity costs and because we encourage responsible use of electricity. Contact us for more information if you require unlimited air conditioning (at an extra cost). 🐶 Pet Policy Due to allergy reasons, pets and companion animals, including those intended for emotional support, are not allowed. We appreciate your understanding. ⚠️ Please note: Cape Verde is a developing island, so occasional power, water, and internet outages may occur. These are external factors beyond our control, so we cannot assume liability for any interruptions to these services. The island has the disadvantage of sometimes experiencing widespread water shortages. We have private water tanks to supply water when this occurs. This is a great advantage compared to many other accommodations, as not all have these tanks. Unfortunately, these tanks are not unlimited, so there may be a small chance of going without water for a few hours. They're building a new building next to ours. They're not using heavy machinery, but there may be some noise during the day. We apologize for the inconvenience.
