A experiência com este anfitrião foi a pior que já tive no Airbnb. Após a estadia, fomos surpreendidos com acusações infundadas e um pedido absurdo de 680€ por alegados danos, numa tentativa clara de extorsão. Entre as acusações estão o suposto "roubo" de um cartão de acesso, que foi deixado no local como devido, e sujidade atribuída a um "animal de estimação", que nunca esteve connosco. As provas apresentadas pelo anfitrião são imagens de baixa qualidade que não sustentam qualquer uma das acusações. Ainda assim, somos cobrados valores exorbitantes e sem justificação. Além disso, o anúncio é totalmente enganoso. Foram prometidos internet, pequeno-almoço, micro-ondas e outras condições que nunca existiram. A má-fé demonstrada tornou esta experiência desastrosa e inaceitável. Quero alertar futuros hóspedes: tenham extremo cuidado ao reservar com este anfitrião, pois correm o risco de enfre

Carmen es muy atenta y te ayuda en todo lo que necesitas, el alojamiento está bien, pero no tiene muebles, ni en la terraza ni en el salón, no tiene wifi en la casa lo cual lo deberían de indicar.

Wir vergeben 9 von 10 Punkten. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in dem geräumigen Apartment mit großer Terrasse. Eine Sitzmöglichkeit draußen wäre jedoch schön gewesen, ebenso wie Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten in den Schlafzimmern. Das WLAN war sehr instabil, was die Nutzung hat. Da das Apartment noch keine Bewertungen hatte, gehen wir davon aus, dass es neu im Angebot ist und diese Kleinigkeiten bald verbessert werden. Die Lage ist hervorragend, der Strand gut zu Fuß erreichbar, und der kurze Weg zum Pool war praktisch. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Wohnung war sehr sauber, und das Personal war überaus freundlich. Besonders gefallen haben uns die zwei Bäder. Die Kommunikation mit Carmen war ausgezeichnet – sie war stets hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung.
