Beautiful and spacious 1- bedroom apartment with a large sea view terrace on the second floor of Leme Bedje condo. It has a bedroom and a living/ dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The condo has a very nice swimming pool with a shallow area for children, 24 hour security and is located at the beach of Praia Antonio Sousa. The apartment has everything you need for a self contained holiday for up to 4 people, and disposes of airconditioning (with electrisaver) and Wifi. The space Beautiful apartment with 1 bedroom and a living/ dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, a built- in wardrobe and and a chest of drawers with a mirror. You can overlook the pool and the beautiful green gardens with palm trees from the bed. It has a built-in ceiling fan. The air conditioned living room has a kitchenette, a dining table, a sofa bed with two good mattresses and an extra sofa. As the bathroom is separated with doors and in between living room and bedroom, the apartment is also a good option for 2 couples, who want some privacy. In the complete kitchen you will find a fridge/ freezer, gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, water cooker, mixer, pots and pans, plates and cutlery, so you can prepare breakfasts and cook your own meals. The bathroom disposes of a shower, toilet, bidet and sink and has a window to bring in some fresh air. There is a Tv, a hair dryer, an iron, an air conditioning and unlimited and free fibreglass wifi. There have been some problems with the provider especially with video calls but most of the time it is working very well. From the terrace you have an excellent view of the ocean and the beach of Antonio Souza, so you always know, how wind and waves are. Leme Bedje has a nice communal pool area with sunchairs and a lot of plants. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers, couples with two children or up to 4 friends as well. Not only Windsurfers, kitesurfers and surfers will love the location. The whole apartment is rented complete, so only you will have access to the kitchen, bathroom, terraces, living and dining area. Due to works the pool will be closed between the 18. and 31.05.26 Guest access Pool with a shallow area for children and sunchairs 24h/ 7 days security Bathroom towels and bed linen are provided. Transfers from the airport on arrival can be organised, not free of charge. Other things to note The cleaning fee includes the final cleaning, bedlinen and one set of towels per person (1 small and 1 large one for the shower). Should you want extra cleaning, more bedlinen or towels we can provide it for an extra fee.

Peaceful, secure & well maintained condominium. Britta was very accommodating when we had to book last minute due to a problem with our previous place. The apartment is clean & bright with a good sized terrace & comfortable beds. There are great restaurants & cafes nearby & the main town is only 10 minutes walk. Cape Fruit was our favourite friendly & characterful breakfast/brunch place just along the road. The island is small but it’s worth taking a day trip with Explore CV to see the baby lemon sharks, blue eye & salinas. If you’re an animal lover pop into OSPA dog sanctuary & help out by taking a few dogs for a walk.

It’s a lovely place to stay. - Swimming pool: we noticed that the pool is cleaned every morning. Water was a little cold in March, but after sitting in lovely sunshine, its warm enough to have a little splash 💦 - Great location: little out from busy area so we could stay in peace. Even though it’s out of busy area, there’s a cafe by doorstep and two beach front bar/ restaurants in few mins walk. Needless to say that you’re only few min walk away from a lovely beach 🏖️ - Britta was very friendly and helpful host. Helped us booking a taxi on our arrival and departure, which was really handy. Always super responsive. We had a little issue with slow drainage in shower, but when we contacted Britta, she quickly suggested solution for us. 🩷

We had a lovely stay at Britta’s apartment. It is close to the beach and is within walking distance to shops & restaurants. Britta provided extra towels on request for us to use at the pool.

Had a very enjoyable week’s stay as a family of two adults and 2 children at Britta’s apartment. Ideally located for wind sports - right by Ion centre and Angulo’s and there is also a space to store gear within the apartment complex. Amazing sea view from the balcony. An easy walk into the main part of town and also some great restaurants close by - Britta’s recommendations were spot on! What really stood out was how helpful and responsive Britta was as a host, even arranging the transfer for us.

We had a wonderful stay in Britta’s apartment and truly enjoyed every part of our visit. The apartment was comfortable, well equipped, and exactly as described. Everything worked perfectly, and we didn’t experience any issues during our stay. Britta was a great host and gave excellent recommendations, many of which we followed. We explored much of the island, visited beautiful beaches and famous sights, enjoyed local restaurants, and really felt at home throughout our stay. The location was ideal, and the apartment made a perfect base for discovering Sal and Santa Maria. We felt very welcome and well taken care of from start to finish. We would happily stay here again and can highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the island. Thank you, Britta, for your hospitality!
