Flat with completely new and modern furnishings. The living area is very spacious and bright, complete with a kitchen and a very comfortable L-shaped sofa. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed. The accommodation also has mosquito nets, a fan and air conditioning. The spaces are well laid out and well maintained, offering a functional solution ready to welcome families and groups of friends, in the heart of Santa Maria. Inside you will find all the essential comforts, including a kitchen, bathrooms, living area, and Wi-Fi. Other things to note A tourist tax of €2.50 per night, per person, is payable on site. If you wish, we can arrange the transfer service to and from the airport for you, at a cost of €50. The basic price includes the use of only one bedroom. Additional rooms are available on request and with a supplement to cover cleaning and linen. Warning: occasional power, water or internet outages may occur in Cape Verde.

I had such a lovely stay! The location was perfect, very central and just a short walk from the beach, bars, restaurants and shops, so everything I needed was close by. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything you could need if you wanted to cook or prepare food yourself. A great place to stay in Cape Verde and a perfect base for exploring the area. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it! ☀️🌴

Très chouette séjour à Santa Maria. Appartement confortable et spacieux. Proche des commerces, de la plage, des restaurants. Dans une rue calme. Béatrice était très sympathique et réactive par message et nous a proposé plusieurs chouettes restaurants et activités dans le coin.

Il nostro soggiorno da Beatrice e Sal è stato davvero piacevole. Fin dal primo contatto in chat, l'host si è dimostrata estremamente disponibile e gentile, rispondendo con prontezza a tutte le nostre domande prima dell'arrivo. All'arrivo ci ha accolti di persona in modo molto cordiale, mostrandoci la casa e spiegandoci tutte le attività da fare nella zona: un vero valore aggiunto che ha reso il check-in caloroso e senza stress. L'unica pecca riscontrata riguarda la pulizia: uno dei due bagni non era in condizioni ottimali, con presenza di formiche, motivo per cui abbiamo preferito usare solo l'altro bagno per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Detto questo, l'esperienza complessiva è stata più che positiva e consigliamo vivamente Beatrice e Sal per chi cerca un'accoglienza autentica e premurosa.

Loved my stay here, it was exactly what I was looking for. I was solo but this place is absolutely big enough for multiple people, I also didn’t realise it had 2 bathrooms - which was great. Beatrice was so helpful, she’s there to meet you at check in, which is always nice! Anything I needed, she was quick to respond as well as come to my help. Definitely one of the more upscale, modern places on the island with all the amenities you could need - which most places don’t offer. The smart TV is huge and there’s also a balcony which is a nice addition! It doesn’t get hot at night, so AC not needed, a fan is more than sufficient. Location is great, it’s not in the busyness but literally a 3 min walk to the main strip, which is right by the beach! With multiple supermarkets dotted around, one is 30s walk away. Felt very safe as a solo female. I will definitely be returning, thank you!
