Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement était propre, spacieux, chambres étaient confortables, la climatisation fonctionnait très bien et la piscine était agréable. Le seul vrai point négatif est l’emplacement. Il est beaucoup plus éloigné du centre que ce que laisse penser l’annonce. Comptez environ 25 min à pied pour rejoindre le centre. Ce n’est pas négligeable quand on sait qu’à Sal, presque tout est concentré dans le centre. Le soir, il y a très peu d’éclairage et il est difficile de trouver un taxi pour cette zone. Vu qu’il y a très peu d’épiceries à proximité, c’est dommage qu’il n’y ait même pas les indispensables comme du sel, du sucre ou de l’huile à disposition. Enfin , attention : la taxe de séjour n’est pas incluse dans le prix Airbnb. Elle nous a été demandée seulement 48 h. Je trouve dommage que cette information soit écrite en tout petit et mentionnée une seule

El alojamiento precioso y ordenado. La piscina para darte un baño cuando no te apetece playa ideal. Y Leticia súper agradable, atenta y amable. Recomendaría la estancia a cualquier persona que vaya a la isla de Sal.

Accueil super, très bonne ambiance dans le centre de santa maria et des gens vraiment adorables. Le logement est excentré par rapport au centre mais en 10 minutes vous êtes dans le centre donc c'est plutôt raisonnable !

The building is right on the edge of Santa Maria, about a 10minute walk from the "strip". It is a new build and I think they are still working out how this building will operate as an Airbnb. There was someone on the front door all the time, when I would probably expect to have a key. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor property that was a very good size for 4 adults. The kitchen was well equipped. There is a small pool and a couple of sunbeds, but we spent more time out and about. The staff were very nice.
