Diese Unterkunft war leider eine schlechte Erfahrung. Von Anfang bis Ende war alles extrem unprofessionell, lieblos und überwiegend frustrierend. Die Kommunikation war katastrophal. Diese bestand fast ausschließlich aus AI-generierten Standardnachrichten, auf unser Anliegen wurde kaum eingegangen. Das Zimmer selbst war leider ebenfalls in einem schlechten Zustand, wobei die Unterkunft sehr neu ist. Es war dreckig, hellhörig und insgesamt ungepflegt. Ganz schlimm und unangenehm war der extrem stark stinkende Abfluss im Badezimmer. Dazu kam, dass es kaum warmes Wasser gab und das Wasser teilweise sogar braun war. Zum Pool, er war kalt und mit Salzwasser gefüllt. Kulanz war bei diesem Airbnb auch nicht vorhanden. Wir hatten für einen etwas späteren Check-out angefragt und es wurden direkt zusätzliche Gebühren verlangt, obwohl der Umgang insgesamt ohnehin alles andere als gut war. Zu guter

Neubau am Ende von Santa Maria. Es gibt nette Nachtwächter und auch tagsüber ist das Personal immer erreichbar. Leider war das Zimmer nicht sauber als ich ankam, jedoch wurde es gereinigt, nachdem ich darauf hingewiesen habe. Basics zum Kochen sind vorhanden, die Dusche hat einen guten Druck und wird heiß. Großer TV (mit Google TV), starkes WLAN und bequemes Bett. Leider konnte ich den Balkon nicht nutzen, da er zur Windseite ausgerichtet war, dafür gab es jedoch immer einen "privaten" Sonnenaufgang. Der kleine Pool enthält Salzwasser und wird nicht beheizt. Andere Gäste hört man im Haus sehr deutlich, da die Holztüren zu den Zimmern nicht abschließend sind. Vor allem durch den Windzug fliegen Türen immer mal zu. Wenn man zu Fuß unterwegs ist, braucht man ca. 5-10min zum nächsten Supermarkt/Restaurant - 15min ins Zentrum.
