If you want to enjoy your morning coffee on a huge balcony overlooking the ocean, watching the sea and even seeing the whales passing by, then you're in the best place. We are offering for rent our well-equipped apartment with huge spaces, which meets all needs and can even be suitable for larger families. The ocean is 80 metres from the accommodation, and after a 1.5-2 minute walk, you will find yourself on the bustling pedestrian street, where there are plenty of restaurants and shops.

Siamo stati 2 settimane a Sal e abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento molto carino e molto accogliente. Posizione ottima per gustarsi il silenzio delle onde alla sera ma non troppo lontano dal centro dove poter rifornirsi di qualunque cosa. E’ stato per noi un ottimo compromesso tra la tranquillità ricercata e la comodità necessaria. Vivien sempre molto attenta ad ogni nostra richiesta.

Een heerlijk appartement op de bovenste verdieping. Het is net buiten het drukke centrum (10 minuutjes lopen). Rustige buurt, maar voelt wel veilig. Ook ‘s avonds. Appartement is modern en sfeervol ingericht. Met genoeg ruimte in huis en een fijn groot balkon. Vlakbij genoeg leuke restaurantjes zoals Art Kafe, Victoria Restaurant en Angulo Beach club. En ook kleine supermarkten. Zijn in de buurt wel veel aan het bouwen, maar dat is in heel Santa Maria. De airco’s zijn fijn in huis. Je zou zelf kunnen koken, maar hebben meestal buiten de deur gegeten. Fijn dat het appartement ook een wasmachine en magnetron heeft. Hebben dagelijks ochtendwandeling gemaakt langs de kust. Ver weg van alle drukte. Communicatie verliep vlot. Ook als er iets was, kregen we snel reactie. Kwamen midden in de nacht aan, maar dat was geen enkel probleem. We verbleven hier 10 dagen.
