Recently renovated 1. floor studio in the private beach front residence Porto Antigo 2, probably the best location in Santa Maria, with private and windsheltered pool, next to the village beach and right in the center of town. This lovely studio has the perfect setting, only steps away from the pool with a small secluded terrace and a nice garden view. This studio is for up to 3 people. It has all the amenities like free Wifi, Smart TV( no tv channels), aircon, complete kitchen and bathroom. This recently renovated studio in Porto Antigo 2 is only a few steps away from the pool, but in a quiet and very private location. As it is facing the garden and pool, there is no noise from the outside. The studio has everything you need for a relaxed holiday in comfort. You will find an aircon, a smart TV( no Tv channels), wifi( in the apartment and in the pool area), a complete kitchen with fridge/ freezer combination, an electrical stove, oven, sink, italian espresso maker, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, plates and cutlery, basically everything you need to prepare breakfast and cook your own meals( even though you are only some meters away from the center with all the nice restaurants). In the studio you will find a table with chairs for eating( or working), as well as a low table with 2 chairs on the terrace. There is a comfortable double bed with a new mattress( 140cm x 190cm) and additionally a single sofa bed( 80cm x190cm). The sofa bed is not as comfortable as the double bed. The bathroom has a renovated shower, toilet, bidet and sink. Porto Antigo 2 is a private beach front residence with 24/ 7 security, so very safe. It has a very nice wind sheltered pool area with free sun loungers. it is 15 m from the public village beach and right in the center of town with all the restaurants, shops and bars. We provide bed linen and bathroom towels, so no need to bring these. For stays longer than a week we do an additional free cleaning and change of bed linen/ towels, if you wish. Guest access The whole studio apartment and the terrace are only for the guests´use. Porto Antigo has a 24/ 7 security. Every guest has to register himself with the security at the entrance, providing the number of the apartment( nr.20) and name of the owner. All guests have access to the garden and pool area and sun loungers. The pool is open from 8am to 8pm. For the checkin, we either organise the transfer with our very reliable driver or we leave you the keys in a key box on the terrace of the studio. Other things to note In this apartment there is no washing machine, but we provide a washing service for 3,5€ per kg; that includes picking up the clothes, washing, drying and bringing the clothes back to your apartment.
