Beautiful garden apartment on the ground floor with its own entrance and sea view. The apartment is 200 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the center. In Santa Maria you don't need a car as everything is within walking distance. The area is very quiet and in the evening you can hear the waves from the terrace. The terrace is protected from wind. The apartment also has a water filter so that the tap water is drinkable. Guest access We offer a transfer service from the airport. All you have to do is provide us with your flight number and expected arrival date as well as the airline. The taxi driver will then stand at the airport exit with your name sign. You then have to pay the taxi driver €20 in cash for the journey. The taxi driver will then hand you the key to the apartment. Other things to note The air conditioning in the apartment doesn't work. There is a water filter that filters the water throughout the apartment. You can drink the water safely.

From the moment I booked Nadia got in touch with details and all the necessary info. Upon arrival Vyara met us to check us in and welcome us. She is such a lovely woman, with lots of care for her guests. She recommended according to our requests. We wanted more local experience, to learn the real Cabo Verdian way and she explained everything and all the right places. The house is very cozy, clean, 10 min walk from the main tourist roads and in front of an amazing beach bar with live entertainment. Happily would recommend it and would be back!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die ruhige Lage etwas auserhalb des Zentrums. Leider waren wir zu Beginn etwas enttäuscht, da wir eine Unterkunft mit Grill gesucht haben und diese auch deshalb ausgewählt hatten. Bei Ankunft erfuhren wir, dass der Grill seit 3 Monaten nicht mehr verfügbar ist- wurde aber trotzdem nicht aus der Beschreibung genommen. Für dieses Problem wurde aber sehr schnell eine Lösung gefunden- 1 Tag später stand uns schon ein Grill zur Verfügung. Vyara - die Housekeeperin ist eine wirklich sehr freundliche Frau, die sich wirklich viel Mühe gibt, dass sich alle Gäste wohl fühlen! Sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und war immer für uns erreichbar.

Die Wohnung von Nadia hat eine tolle Lage, weit weg von den großen Resorts und Recht nah an einem kleinen, auch bei Einheimischen beliebten Strand mit gemütlicher, ruhiger Strandbar. Außerdem war die Managerin vor Ort ein echtes Goldstück, wir wurden sehr warmherzig empfangen und bekamen Tipps fürs Essen und für eine Erkundungstour. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auf der großen Terrasse lässt sich der Tag entspannt beginnen und beenden. Einfach toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit sehr guter Betreuung. Sogar bei einer zufälligen Begegnung auf einer Wanderung war Nadia mit Getränken zur Stelle. Sehr fürsorglich waren auch Vyara und ihr Mann. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is slightly outside of the tourist strip but right next to a beach and walkable to everywhere in the town. The kitchen is well equipped and the housekeeper was really friendly. She arranged taxis and gave local recommendations! The mattress in the bedroom is very firm.

Gemütliche Unterkunft, cozy Einrichtung mit süßen Details und vielen nützlichen Dingen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, wozu vor allem Vyara vor Ort gesorgt hat, die uns mit vielen Hilfreichen Tipps stets zur Seite stand und uns mit einem großen Lächeln begrüßt hat. Wir können die Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Le logement est au rez-de-chaussée avec une jolie terrasse ensoleillée parfaite pour les (petits) déjeuners. Tout est impeccable avec tous les ustensiles pour cuisiner. Le seul bémol est la literie (2 matelas simples collés) avec le cadre qui grince un peu. Mais il y a des volets à toutes les fenêtres ce qui est appréciable pour dormir dans le noir (pas forcément présents dans tous les AirBnb). Nous avons apprécié être juste à l'extérieur du centre accessible en même pas 5' à pied. Environnement calme et paisible. Place de parking juste devant. Vyara nous a extrêmement bien accueilli et nous a conseillé de bons restaurants. Un chat nommé Félix (noir et blanc) est un habitué des lieux, adorable, il dormait sur la terrasse et nous attendait le soir. N'hésitez pas à lui mettre de l'eau et des croquettes il est très affectueux et vraiment très mignon 😻 Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour
