This is a good place if you’re just looking for a place to stay for a few days while you’re here on Sal and don’t care about certain things such having access to WiFi, soap in the bathrooms and an air conditioner that you can leave on for more than 2 hours. I had a work call to attend to that I couldn’t even attend bc they’ve given me the wrong WiFi password and then when they finally given it to me. It only worked for a few hours. I communicated my issue but no effort was made to address the problem. This singlehandedly made staying at the Airbnb bad as I had to use all of my international data just to entertain myself at night. Secondly, the air con can only be turned on for two hours at a time max as there’s a switch that gives it power for only two hours at a time which can be really uncomfortable at night. La casa es moderna, pero le falta que arreglen cosas para que sea buena o top. Está a pocos minutos de la playa caminando y de la zona de turismo de Sal. El barrio es tranquilo, poco iluminado, pero muy seguro. Tiene aire acondicionado que es lo mejor de la casa, la cama es cómoda y grande.

Notre séjour chez Sky et Andy s’est très bien passé. L’appartement est très bien équipé. Ils ont su trouver une solution pour notre arrivée tardive et notre départ tardif. Rien à redire, c’est un super logement.

Pontos muito bons: - Muito bem localizado (a poucos minutos a pé da praia, centro, restaurantes e supermercados); - Limpeza (quando cheguei e durante a estadia); - Anfitriões resolvem prontamente o que for necessário. Pontos menos bons: - A janela do quarto não tem estores, por isso é meio complicado para quem tem sensibilidade em dormir com claridade. Sal é uma ilha que está em desenvolvimento por isso vão ouvir o barulho das obras sim, mas os anfitriões não têm culpa do que se passa à volta. Obrigada Andy e Sky pela simpatia e disponibilidade. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est fidèle à l’annonce, propre et agréable. Il est également très bien situé, proche de l’avenue principale et facile d’accès, avec un petit mercado à seulement 2 minutes à pied, ce qui est très pratique. Un grand merci aussi pour votre flexibilité concernant l’arrivée anticipée et le départ tardif, cela nous a beaucoup aidés. Nous avons également énormément apprécié votre aide pour l’organisation des transferts : grâce à vous, nous n’avons eu aucun souci puisque les taxis avaient été réservés à l’avance. Un communication au top 👌🏼 Merci encore pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité !

Great apartment, very clean and in an area that’s quite nice and quiet in the evening. It’s a new build so outside activities can be heard if you’re really sensitive. The area is super safe and easy to walk into the center of Santa Maria. We loved that the place was super clean and well maintained, and we had a change of towels mid week. Sky was super responsive, sweet and gave us loads of local recommendations.
