All rooms are air-conditioned, except the bathroom. The living room and kitchen come together in a spacious 30m² open-plan area, designed for gathering and relaxing: a comfortable sofa facing the Smart TV, an additional sofa bed, a dining table, and a large window opening onto the balcony, with a view over Santa Maria Beach — just 200 metres away. The perfect spot for a sunset coffee or a quiet evening outdoors. The entire apartment is on a single floor with no steps, ensuring easy, comfortable movement between all rooms. The two bedrooms, with double beds and wardrobes, were designed for genuine comfort: bedside lighting, blackout curtains for deep, restful nights, and a palette of light tones that brings serenity to every corner. The spacious, well-equipped bathroom completes the experience with all the comfort you need. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, and all the utensils needed to prepare your meals with total independence.
