Enjoy your vacation in this beautiful and comfortable apartment decorated with love, without immediate neighbors and overlooking the main square of the village of Santa Maria. The space The quintessential penthouse: T2 with a double bed and two 90 cm beds that can be joined comfortably to form an extra large bed. Sunny and decorated with great care, seeking harmony and comfort for our guests. Enjoy 270º views of the streets of downtown Santa María from a huge terrace to enjoy at any time of the day. Outdoor furniture to enjoy a pleasant evening with friends and family, also two sun loungers for sunbathing. Some of our plus services are high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, private TV channels, air conditioning and Netflix that are included in the stay. Fully equipped kitchen with storage, coffee maker, various cooking utensils, microwave, blender, fridge and freezer. Guest access The apartment is located at the top of a small building that has 6 apartments in total. Upon arrival, guests can enjoy the penthouse with its large terrace that surrounds almost the entire apartment. Other things to note IMPORTANT! ADDITIONAL RULES/INFORMATION - You have to climb 3 flights of stairs to access the house. There is no elevator. - On Sal Island there may be water outages and this is beyond our control. We have installed a water tank for such cuts but the instructions for use must be followed carefully. - Pets are not permitted. - No more than 4 people are allowed. - No smoking inside the house. - No parties or excessive noise. - Apartment designed for quiet and respectful people. - The apartment is centrally located and on weekends there may be live music in the restaurants around the house, it is part of the charm of being in the village but there may be noise. We prefer that you have everything clear to avoid any misunderstandings. Thank you

An absolutely wonderful place to stay in Sal! In the center of everything but also not so central that it feels crowded or overwhelming. Everything we needed - groceries, restaurants, beaches - were within a 5 minute walk. The apartment is also incredibly spacious! Would definitely return!

Perfect location and terrace! We are at the balcony all the time and we enjoyed it so much. Very good floor plan layout for 2 couples moreover. The only negative thing for us was that when we arrived the house lack very basic stuff to make us comfortable for the first minutes we were there like hand soap, soap for dishes, sugar etc so we had to go immediately to the market.

We had the best time in Sal! The apartment really is in the most perfect location, walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants yet still feels tucked away and private. The check in was seamless and the hosts made us feel so welcome, and gladly helped when we asked for local recommendations. Really would highly recommend staying here, absolutely 10/10!

We had a lovely 2 week stay here. The apartment was in a great location with a delicious bakery on the doorstep (croissants are the best I've tasted). it was nice to have the balcony for relaxing on with views out to the see. There are local restaurants nearby (Artkafe) or ones on the main walking road to the beach which are delicious. We hired a car and drove around the island which was amazing, the lemon sharks were a highlight. It was nice to hear music from the apartment, music normally stopped around 10/11pm. it can get noisy with dogs barking but that would be anywhere you stay, just take your ear plugs. Would highly recommend. Fani and Mallory were very helpful, and also the local host who organised taxi for us.

Beste airbnb waar wij ooit verbleven hebben. Ten eerste een top locatie, centraal in Santa Maria. Dicht bij de hoofdstraat met cafés en restaurants en de zee. Ook is er alles wat we nodig hebben aanwezig plus een terras met zon de hele dag door. Het beste vonden wij de communicatie. Als er iets was konden wij hun bereiken en hielpen ze ons meteen met alle plezier! Als ik nog eens naar Sal zou komen zou ik hier zeker opnieuw boeken.

Toll gelegen um Santa Maria zu Fuss zu erkunden und gut geeignet für mit Kindern. Strand, Bäckerei und Restaurants sind gleich um die Ecke. Ein Supermarkt gleich nebenan sollte bald eröffnet werden.
