Five Star Sister Seaview79, 45 meter square apartment with balcony with direct view of the pool and sea. The renovated Seaview79 comprises a fully equipped kitchen/living and bathroom. Pool and beach towels are provided. Find the commun swimming pool, adjacent to a sandy beach. Unlimited wifi available - TV with fire stick The space Located on the top second floor, Seaview has an airco-ed living/kitchen (induction, microwave, oven, coffee machine etc.), a luxurious bathroom (rain shower, double sink) and a master-bedroom (box-spring and fan). All-round mosquito protection. Fresh bedlinen and towels are available upon request. Upon arrival you will find starter pack with toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, tea, coffee etc.. Guest access From the quiet street, you enter Porto Antigo 2 via a secluded entrance with 24/7 reception/security. Upon arrival, our hostess will welcome you. You can access the pool with free sun loungers and have access directly onto the beach. Other things to note As it's a Condominium with several apartments (80) we ask all our guests to respect each other therefore the management has some rules : *Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am * pool is open daily from 8am to 8.30pm *don't block any sunchairs *No glass on the pool *Dont wash your surf equipment or toys in pool *Don't hang wet towels over the balcony railing 'Don't feed any stray cats or dogs in the complex *no visitors are allowed on or in the pool

Einfach toll das Appartment, schön und praktisch eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht und mehr. Auch der Balkon mit Markise und die Anlage mit täglich gepflegtem Pool, super. Abgerundet von super Host Nina mit hilfreichen Tips und pünktlicher Betreuung war das ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können Seaview79 unbedingt empfehlen.

Nina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben hat! Sie hatte Willkommenskekse parat gelegt und alles fürs Baby vorbereitet (Hochstuhl, Babybett und sogar ein Kindersitz im bestellten Taxi). Das war wirklich unglaublich toll für uns! Die Unterkunft ist toll, die Aussicht ein Traum, Pool sehr sauber und immer Liegen frei. Ausstattung war auch gut und Lage perfekt!! Parken war auch kein Problem. Das Bad war allerdings etwas "verwohnt" mit dreckigen Fugen und Fliesen. Und wir wurden jeden Morgen vor sechs geweckt, weil jm vorm Fenster den Müll aus den Mülltonnen umgeräumt hat und sie wegfuhr. Würden dennoch wieder buchen!

Excellent host, apartment, location. Nina always on hand to answer any queries by message. Apartment - clean and with a fantastic view from the balcony over the private pool looking out to the beach. Everything in the apartment you require for a comfortable home from home stay. Location of apartment ideal! Within a couple minutes walking distance of restaurants, beach, shops, bars, supermarkets, etc. We could not fault the accommodation or Santa Maria. Love it and will be back next year or sooner!!! 10 out of 10.

Lovely apartment, had everything you needed & a beautiful balcony. Great location in Sal, loads of good restaurants. Nina was so helpful with absolutely everything & very quick to reply to our messages. Only negative was that there were a few days of dull weather, not even Nina could fix that!!!
